Two Ways to Cook Tilapia
I love tilapia. It's a lot like chicken because you can cook it with just about anything. It's really good cooked in a skillet with butter and a little salt and pepper, but I've found two new ways to cook tilapia on Pinterest
The first recipe is Roasted Tilapia with Potatoes and Lemon from Real Simple. You can get the recipe here.

It looks like you made something really fancy, but it's ridiculously easy and tastes great. My favorite kind of recipe!
The second way is Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia from Rachel Ray and only has five ingredients. You can go here for the recipe.

Both recipes are easy and quick weeknight meals that are affordable, nutritious, and delicious! Both also got two thumbs up from the family so I will definitely be making them again!
