ReplyDeleteThank you for featuring my "honey" Valentine printables, Bonnie!
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that my daughter and I made the chocolate roses from yesterday's post (and she is going to take them in to sell at school to raise money for the prom) - they were really easy to make. I couldn't get Hershey kisses here in England but found some foil wrapped solid chocolate hearts which (with the pointed side up) were the perfect rosebud shape. Also, instead of buying artificial leaves I snipped some from the bay tree in my garden as they are a very similar shape to rose leaves and remain fresh after cutting for ages as well as smelling great. Thanks again for the idea, so pleased to have found it!
ReplyDeleteThat's fantastic Sarah! I never thought of selling the roses, but I love your idea of using them as a fundraiser. I would think they'd be very easy to sell and I hope your daughter raises the money she needs for her prom. I loved how you adapted the project to work for you, too.
DeleteGreat roundup, Bonnie! Thanks for including me. Pinning for Valentine's Day. Hope you have a lovely weekend!!
