ReplyDeleteI am trying this! I love pulled pork, but have never bothered to make it myself. Now I will bother! Followed you from MOtivate Me monday linky
ReplyDeleteI've had BBQ pulled pork sandwiches before, but this was my first time making them myself. I can't believe how easy it is!
DeleteForgot to ask...what's the deal with the Coke? What does that do to the pork? Why Coke? just asking as I have never heard of soda in a recipe like this and was wondering what to expect...I also cook for extremely picky eaters!
ReplyDeleteYou really don't taste the Coke in the pork. I think the Coke just helps the pork to braise, or to cook slowly at low heat in a liquid. That's what makes it so tender and easy to pull apart!
DeleteJust rediscovered my crockpot! Pinned your yummy recipe:)
