Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
I can't even begin to tell you how good these chocolate peanut butter cookies are! I had to make two batches because we ate the first batch before I could take pictures. The second batch didn't last long either. It's hard to believe these cookies are healthy! They don't have any flour, sugar, butter, or eggs! They still
taste good and you don't feel like you're missing anything and you don't feel like you're eating health food. Even Mr. Pin Junkie and Pin Junkie Jr. who are not big health food fans liked them.
Chocolate chip cookies are on my short list of favorite desserts. I get a craving for them at least once a week. These cookies take care of that craving. They combine all the best of chocolate chip cookies with the flavors
of peanut butter and chocolate, which is one of my other favorites! I left out the coconut which is one of the very few foods I don't like. After you bake them, don't store them
in an airtight container. They will get soft and taste more like banana
bread and less like cookies.
Don't they look good? I seriously could not get enough of these and enjoyed them even more because they were healthy! You definitely want this recipe!
