Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
These chocolate and peanut butter truffles are perfect to make for Valentine's Day. They can be made in just minutes and won't last very long either! The combination of chocolate and peanut butter is irresistible!
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/2 teaspoons Hershey's cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon milk
2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Directions
1. Melt the butter.
2. Add cocoa and mix well.
3. Stir in sugar.
4. Add milk and stir until smooth.
5. Add peanut butter and mix well.
6. Roll dough into teaspoon sized balls and place on a plate or waxed paper.
