How To Roast Garlic
Start with whole bulbs of garlic.
Slice off the top part of the garlic
to reveal the garlic cloves inside.
Place the garlic on a sheet of foil.
Drizzle the top of the garlic with olive oil.
Wrap the foil around the garlic.
Place in a 400 degree oven and bake 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove from foil and enjoy perfectly roasted garlic!
